DOCUMENTED SAVINGS
A very specific documented report that details all savings in dollars and cents for each specific maintenance incident.
Provided: Available 24/7, posted per occurrence, updated daily, with hard copies provided to management.
COST/HOUR
Provides the actual Maintenance cost for each lift truck compared against industry standards for the same make & model operating under similar conditions.
Optionally, at Client request, a Total Operating Cost report can be provided wherein all associated costs (lease costs, personnel, fuel, etc.) are aggregated to better reflect all inclusive costs (recommended).

COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS
Provides the Client with an analysis tool to project cost savings via LES in combination with, or as an alternative to, various existing or contemplated programs:
- Cost Saving under Standard conditions.
- Cost Savings with Full Maintenance contracts.
- Cost Savings with Factory Maintenance programs.
- Cost Savings with In-House Maintenance staffing.

EQUIPMENT STATUS
A comprehensive report identifying all relevant information for each client lift truck; make, model, serial number, specifications, attachments, lease information, location, age, hours, etc., plus complete historical maintenance records:

FLEET EFFICIENCY
A comprehensive report provided to each Client designated department/operating manager detailing an efficiency analysis for their respective managed fleets with recommendations for possible actions designed to increase efficiency & reduce operational costs. Additionally, an encompassing report for the entire enterprise's lift truck fleet with efficiency recommendations and cost saving initiatives will be provided to corporate personnel.

INCIDENT REPORT
Clients' are provided detailed reports on each occurrence involving:
- Damage
- Operator Abuse
- Safety Violations
- Unique Incidents
- Vendor Issues

OSHA SAFETY
Documentation is secured from specific servicing vendor confirming that a lift truck has met all OSHA safety requirements before being returned to operational service.

VENDOR EVALUATION & ANALYSIS
A comprehensive vendor evaluation & analysis report grading all servicing vendors on a stringent set of criteria as determined by LES in concert with the Client. LES will initiate resolution and correct action with vendors in those areas where servicing vendor is determined to be deficient. If deemed appropriate and necessary, Client will be consulted as to possible vendor replacement. LES will notify vendors needing replacement; source, secure and install new vendor.
